This notice explains what happens to the details you share when you request a demo of Vachak AI Industrial Copilot on this website. It is written to be short and plain. It does not cover the Vachak AI application used by our customers, which is governed by each customer’s agreement with us.

Who we are

What we collect

• Details you type into the form: name, company, role, work email, phone number, sector, sites or plants, and your message.
• The language you were viewing the site in (English or Hindi), so we can reply in it.
• Basic technical data our server needs to receive the request and prevent abuse, such as your IP address and the time of the request (used for rate limiting and security logs).

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. This website does not set marketing cookies.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your request: to contact you, understand your site and sector, and arrange a demo. We may send you follow-up messages about that demo. We will not add you to a newsletter without asking.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for 12 months from the date you submit them, and then delete them, unless you become a customer (in which case your contract governs) or you ask us to delete them sooner.

Who can see it

Our team members who handle demos, and the service providers that host our systems and email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. Write to info@vachak.ai; we will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the period the law requires. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Consent

By submitting the form, you consent to us using your details as described above. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
